Our all-inclusive month-to-month rooms offer the comfort and convenience of home — without a long-term lease. All utilities, amenities, and common area access are included in one simple flat monthly fee.

Each room at House of Sparkle comes furnished and move-in ready. Clients have full access to all common areas, creating a comfortable and connected living experience.

All prospective clients begin with a completed application. This allows us to learn about you and find the right room to fit your needs.
A standard criminal background screening is conducted on all applicants to maintain the safety and integrity of our community.
All clients are required to show proof of income or ability to pay the monthly occupancy fee. Accepted sources include employment, benefits, disability, Social Security, pension, or other verifiable income.
House of Sparkle is an independent living community. All clients must demonstrate the ability to independently care for themselves. We do not provide personal care, medical care, or assisted living services.
Upon successful completion of the qualification process, clients will receive confirmation of acceptance into one of our House of Sparkle homes along with their move-in date. On move-in day, our team will greet you with a welcome basket and walk you through community expectations so you feel right at home from day one.
